Language is the method of human communication, either spoken or written, consisting of the use of words in a structured and conventional way. Often, some of these spoken or written words, whether intentional or unintentional can be perceived as offensive, especially when the result inflicts and enforces violence, oppression, and deceitful acts. Unfortunately, the trendy evolution of AA/EEO into the Johnny-come-lately “political correctness” of DEI and CRT programs has prompted many employers to "White wash" the perpetual existence of hundreds of years of abusive language which continue to inflict and enforce violence, oppression, and deceitful acts. This seminar does not side-step or White-wash any aspect of history - period.

Mainstream print and broadcast media routinely promote images of minorities "primarily in sports and entertainment" to suggest an end to racism, oppression and discrimmination, but in reality as validated EEO-1 (private sector) and EEO-4 (public sector) reporting, robust independent analysis (https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2020/09/09/us/powerful-people-race-us.html), and by the perpetual existence of the "Glass Ceiling," White men overwhelmingly and ultimately hold ownership and/or control of all aspects of business, education, government, entertainment, etc., clearly, nothing has changed.

As validated by EEO-1s and EEO-4s, Nebraska's employers are not and have never been particularly diverse or receptive to AA/EEO/ADA or the Johnny-come-lately update of DEI:

In the latest public sector EEO-4 report of 2019 for Nebraska, for all "New Hire Employment" at city, county, and state public sector jobs, forty-six-(46) people were hired into the top level of Officials, Administrators, Senior Managers, etc., and all 46 were White; no Blacks, no Hispanics, no Asians, no Native Americans, etc. https://www.eeoc.gov/equal-employment-opportunity-commission-state-and-local-government-information-eeo-4-2019-19

In the latest private sector EEO-1 report of 2018 for Nebraska, for 1,822 employers covering 389,620 employees, only twenty-three-(23) Black men and twenty-five-(25) Black women are employed as "Executive/Senior Level Officials & Managers," and only 490 Black men and 325 Black women are employed as "First/Mid Level Officials & Managers." https://www.eeoc.gov/statistics/employment/jobpatterns/eeo1/2018/states-industries/table?state=28&naics=

Most importantly, this seminar does not point fingers at the overwhelming majority of White people alive "today" who had absolutely nothing to do with the atrocities committed against Black people, Native Americans, and other people of color; and they should not, they must not feel guilty. Going on a “White guilt” trip for the atrocities committed by their ancestors is ridiculous, unjust, or worse, a skewed sense of narcissism. Instead, moving forward, White people, as should all people, should direct their energies to create a truly egalitarian republic.

Therefore, take this opportunity to avoid the mediocrity of a "warm and fuzzy" and "politically correct" seminar that's designed to intentionally side-step the truth, and deceive you into thinking "things" have improved. Instead, challenge yourself and your peers with extremely candid discussions and no-nonsense solutions that will work!
