Essential Functions and FAQs |
To become a substitute teacher you must complete an application, and provide the following information:1. A completed application form;
2. Official transcripts form all colleges and universities, showing degree earned;
3. Three current Letters of Recommendation or placement file;
4. A State of Colorado Educator License or the ability to receive a license within a designated period;
5. A copy of your birth certificate or passport;
6. A copy of your Social Security Card;
7. An Employment Eligibility Verification Form; and
8. A Notification and Authorization for a Consumer Report.
Your application will be reviewed and, if there are vacancies in your discipline, we will
